Driving from Bozeman to Moab: White to Red
Last week was Spring Break. I took a trip down to Moab, Utah. Jeff took me from Bozeman to Idaho Falls and Hilary picked me up on her way from Missoula. It was a sneaky maneuver that sped things up a bit.
We brought our bikes down there and enjoyed the bright blue sky and red desert sandstone.
Remember the Ranger Checkpoint? That was awesome
Wow, how beautiful! The colors are soo different … I was there over Labor Day in 2007. Did you make it to the Delicate Arch?
Kudos to the two of you for biking it! It’s definitely not flat!
Biz, the checkpoint was the highlight of the drive down, that is for sure.
Robin, thanks for the comment. We drove over to delicate arch but we were really exhausted and I didn’t want to do the 10 minute walk to actually see it. I’ve seen it before though. Definitely license plate worthy.
